A WORD OR “TWO” FOR 2026…
LIBERATION, RESTORATION, SPIRITUAL RENEWAL
For many years now, my eldest son, Christopher, has done (well, lots of things for us but…) the graphics for our monthly World Shapers calendar.
In recent years, he has become quite prophetic with the yearly themes he chooses. I believe this year is the same and a very welcome change from the chaos and warfare of the last two years.
For 2026, both Chris and his wife, Christy, are sensing a year of refreshing and prosperity powered by forgiveness…I would say both from the Lord and between people.
Even though chaos and warfare continue, we feel this year will be one similar to a Jubilee Year…debts reconciled, a sense of calm in the midst of the storms and revelation of truth.
In another sense, a breath of fresh air and renewal.
We pray that will be so for all of our World Shapers Family and that God’s grace and mercy will extend to the nations as we PRAYMORE TOGETHER. AMEN
WS “WORD(s)” for 2025 - Believe and Behold
Several of you have asked, “Has God has given us a “WORD” for 2025…?”
YES! I think so…
BUT before going there, I must say that our “Word for 2024” is on-going and we will be adding to, not moving on from it.
2024… "God, give them a sense of the possible!”
That’s what we were challenged to do in 2024…BELIEVE for MORE! That led us to our “NEXT LEVEL STEPS” challenge. For some it was “first level steps,” for others, small and bigger steps to advance God’s vision for praying generations in the nations.
For 2025, it was actually a bit challenging to land on one “word” so, I “settled” on two! And YES, it might be “I” who settled on them. I definitely don’t want to put a “GOD APPROVED” stamp on something from my own heart/spirit so, I am being careful…BUT God’s word encourages us to…
“BELIEVE/BEHOLD!”
I John 5:14-15: This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.
Isaiah 43:19: Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I sense God simply saying to continue to BELIEVE He is “for, “in,” “behind,” “approving of,” “committed to” all we have begun and desire to do. We are to “look for", “expect”, “PRAYMORE about”, and "BEHOLD”! the outworking of His answers to our prayers for “others to catch His vision,”
PRAYMORE, BELIEVE and BEHOLD inspiration and provision for every next level step…for such an opportune time as this!
“WORD” for World Shapers 2024: “POSSIBLE”
“Lord, give them a sense of the possible…”
It really does “pay” to pay attention to the prayers people pray for you! Several weeks ago a colleague from another international ministry was praying for ENI/World Shapers and 2024. As he did, the above quote really stood out to me.
Just minutes afterwards, Holy Spirit began speaking to me and enlarging the impact/intent of those words. First, that I was to seek God for ways to encourage all of our amazing WS leaders to believe God for the “impossible” in 2024. Secondly, for them to be able to impart that, “sense of the possible,” to their Shapers – of every age!
“With God All Things are POSSIBLE” Mt. 19:26
I believe God is asking each one of us this question: What do I/you/we believe is POSSIBLE for ENI/WS in 2024?
Let me put that another way: What is the “IMPOSSIBLE” that YOU are asking God for in ’24?
We could say it another, other way: What is your “wish list” for World Shapers in your neighborhood or nation this year?
It doesn’t have to be something BIG, let’s think “next level…”
After all, we’ve got the whole year! Imagine what a series of “next level” steps could/will look like on December 31, 2024…

What I believe God to be saying here is that the FERVENT prayers of World Shapers this year will EFFECT CHANGE FOR THE GOOD in the lives of multitudes of children around the globe.
(Isaiah 43:19) See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
(2 Corinthians 5:17) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
